The hotel has some drawbacks like dirty toilets and noisy vent, but it serves as a decent base to explore the city and offers a lovely view of the park. The service lacks the expected quality, although some amenities like car hire and pet amenities are available. The location is excellent for exploring old Quebec with plenty of dining options nearby, but parking can be a hassle. The dining experience is fair, and the facilities are satisfactory.

My stay at the hotel was mixed. The location was excellent for exploring Old Quebec with plenty of nearby restaurants, but the room lacked some essentials like enough face cloths and was positioned uncomfortably close to the elevators. The hotel offered convenient amenities like an on-site cafe, Starbucks, and easy access to nice restaurants within a short walk. The pool and fitness areas were clean but showed signs of wear, and the view of the city was pleasant. Parking was available underground.

Rooms
7.0
My room was not properly equipped with enough face cloths, and its location behind the elevators right against the bed was not ideal.
Service
8.0
The staff, especially the person handling parking and re-securing our reservation, was gracious and kind, though not always present at the concierge desk.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location was superb, making it easy to explore Old Quebec and access numerous dining options and entertainment venues within a short distance.
Dining

The dining experience was enjoyable overall, with a delicious treat and good options. However, it may not have been worth the price paid.
Facilities

The pool and fitness areas were clean but starting to show wear, while the view of the city was nice.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Grand Allee with plenty of dining options but can get noisy on weekends. The rooms offer a nice view of the river but are old and could benefit from renovations. The staff is usually helpful, although there is room for improvement in providing information. The location is perfect for exploring Quebec City and its attractions, being within walking distance to Old Quebec. The dining experience is satisfactory, offering good Spanish dishes within a reasonable time frame. The hotel facilities are adequate for a comfortable stay.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms are spacious with a nice view of the river but badly need renovations and can be noisy when next to the elevator.
Service
7.0
The staff is discreet but can be more informative about city activities and directions. Overall, they are helpful in most interactions.
Location
8.0
The hotel's location near the Grand Allee offers easy access to restaurants and bars, although it can get busy on weekends. Perfect for exploring Old Quebec.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was great with its proximity to the center of Quebec and the vibrant street scene, but the service left a lot to be desired. The room was spacious and warm, which was a plus, but the dining options were not as advertised on the site.

Rooms
8.0
The room felt warm even when set on the coolest level, and it was spacious and comfortable.
Service
6.0
The staff, while professional and accommodating, seemed unable to provide clear information on certain services.
Location
9.0
The best thing about this hotel is its central location in Quebec, near the old city and surrounded by pubs and restaurants.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience did not live up to what was claimed on the site, with limited options available.
Facilities
The facilities were not clearly defined, but the room amenities were satisfactory.

I felt like I hit the jackpot with this hotel! My room on the 23rd floor had an incredible view of the Plains of Abraham and the Chateau Frontenac, which was a million-dollar sight I wasn't expecting. However, the room itself was extremely dirty. The hotel's location overlooking Old Quebec was a definite highlight.

Rooms
5.0
Despite the breathtaking view from the 23rd floor, my room was unfortunately extremely dirty.
Service
9.0
The staff went above and beyond to help us, especially Myriam who even sorted out a reservation issue we had. They were all polite, friendly, and quick to assist, even switching to English for us.
Location
8.0
The hotel's spot was awesome, just a few blocks from the Walls and Plains of Abraham, surrounded by parks and numerous restaurants. While not all services were 'up and running,' it was a great location with plenty to explore.
Dining
6.0
The dining options were decent but overpriced. The buffet had a selection of standard items but didn't offer anything particularly exciting.
